Analytics
The Analytics page in the Covram Dashboard turns the visits you record into charts and figures. Use it to track site condition, weeds, pests and water quality, and see how they change over time.
Open the Analytics page
- Sign in to the Covram Dashboard in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer and your registered email and password.
- In the sidebar, click
Analytics.
The page shows data from every project you are a member of.
Choose what to look at
At the top of the page, the Filters panel has three choices:
- Project. Choose
All Projects, or a single project. - Theme. The area of work you are interested in, such as
Native vegetation. - Issue. What you want to look at within that theme, such as
Condition assessment/monitoringorWeed Control. The issues in the list change to match the theme you have chosen.
When you open the page for the first time it shows All Projects, the Native vegetation theme and the Condition assessment/monitoring issue. Covram remembers your choices in your browser, so the page opens the way you left it.
The charts and the list of visits change to suit the issue you choose. See charts and recent visits.
Key figures
Four figures sit below the filters. They reflect the project and issue you have chosen.
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
Sites | The number of sites that have the chosen issue. |
Visits | The number of visits recorded for the chosen issue. |
Avg Visits per Site | The number of visits divided by the number of sites. |
Avg Visit Age (days) | The average number of days since each of the matching visits was recorded. A lower number means the data is more recent. |
If there are no sites or visits to work with, a figure shows a dash.
Keep the data up to date
Covram loads your data when you open the page and keeps a copy in your browser for up to 10 minutes, so the page opens quickly. If you have just recorded a new visit, or changed something, click Refresh in the Filters panel to load the latest data.
Visits that have been deleted are left out.
