Viewing photopoints

Learn how to view an existing photopoint

Existing photpoints can be viewed using the Covram mobile app or web app. We recommend using the Covram web app as changes can be more easily identified using the larger screen of a laptop or desktop.

To view an existing photopoint using the Covram web app follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the Covram web app in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer and your registered email and password.
  2. Open the Projects page.
  3. Click on any project with an existing photopoint. This will open the project view page.
  4. Find the marker of an existing photopoint and click on the marker. A popup will appear with the photopoint label, and a View photopoint button.
Photopoints will appear as grey markers on the Covram web app.
  1. Click on the View photopoint button. This will load the photopoint view page which contains information on the photopoint including the photopoint label, any tags associated with the photopoint, and all previous photos taken from the photopoint.
  2. To download a photo click on the Download button in the bottom right corner of the photo. To exit the photopoint view page click the Back button on your browser, or click on the name of the project from the breadcrumb menu.
The breadcrumb menu will appear under the name of the project, and is a simple way to navigate around the Covram web app.
