Creating an account

You need an account to use Covram. One account works in both the Covram Dashboard and the Covram Field App, so you sign in with the same email address and password in either.

Covram Dashboard

1. Open the sign up page in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer.
2. Enter your name, your email address and a password. The password must be at least six characters long.
3. Click Create account.

Covram creates your account, signs you in and shows your projects. A message tells you to check your email to verify your account.

Verify your email address

After you create an account, Covram sends a message to your email address with a link in it. Click the link to confirm that the address is yours.

You can start using Covram straight away. You have seven days to verify your address. After that you can still sign in and see your list of projects, but you can't open a project until you have verified your email address.

The Covram Dashboard and the Covram Field App both remind you while your address is unverified. If the message doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. On the Covram Dashboard, you can ask for another one with Resend verification email.

If you forget your password

1. Open the Covram Dashboard sign in page and click Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email address of your account and click Send reset email.
3. Open the message and follow the link to choose a new password.

For security, Covram shows the same message whether or not the address has an account: If an account exists with this email, you will receive a password reset link shortly. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and that you used the right address.
