Viewing sites

Learn how to view an existing site

Existing sites can be viewed using the Covram mobile app or web app. We recommend using the Covram web app as this offers greater flexibility in viewing and analysing data collected (due to the larger laptop or desktop screen).

Covram web app

To view an existing site using the Covram web app follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the Covram web app in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer and your registered email and password.
  2. Open the Projects page.
  3. Click on any project with an existing site. This will open the project view page.
  4. Find the marker of an existing site and click on the marker. A popup will appear with the site name, and a View site button.
Sites will appear as blue markers on the Covram web app.
  1. Click on the View site button. This will load the site view page which contains information on the site including the site name, monitoring indicators, all inspections completed at the site and any monitoring photos taken at the site.
  2. To download a monitoring photo click on the Download button in the bottom right corner of the photo. To exit the site view page click the Back button on your browser, or click on the name of the project from the breadcrumb menu.
The breadcrumb menu will appear under the name of the site, and is a simple way to navigate around the Covram web app.

Covram mobile app

To view an existing site using the Covram mobile app follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Covram mobile app on your device. A map should appear with a blue marker indicating your current location. If you can instead see a list of projects, tap on any project with an existing site to enter the map view.
  2. Find the marker of an existing site and tap on the marker. A popup will appear with the site name.
Site markers will appear in a darker green shade when compared to photopoint markers. The Covram mobile app will use your current location to set the screen. You may need to zoom out for any markers to be visible. To zoom out pinch the screen with two fingers.
  1. Tap on the popup a second time to open the site details screen. The site details screen contains the site name, monitoring indicators for the site, and links to any previous inspections undertaken at the site.
  2. Tap the back arrow to exit the site details screen.
