Migrating Sites
Learn how to migrate sites to another project
By default sites can only be migrated by the Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will also require access to the 'new' project you wish to migrate the sites into.
There may be instances where you wish to move sites from an existing project to another. We call this a site migration. Sites can only be migrated using the Covram web app. To migrate a site or sites follow the steps below:
- Sign in to the Covram web app in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer and your registered email and password.
- Open the Projects page.
- Locate the project containing the site or sites you would like to migrate and click on

- This will open the migrate sites page. Select the site or sites you would like to migrate from the list using the checkbox.
- Click on the
Migrate Sites
button at the bottom of the page. A popup dialog will open. Select the new project you would like to migrate the existing site into from the dropdown menu and click theNext
button to proceed.Only projects which the Project Administrator already has access to will appear in the dropdown options. - A confirmation dialog will appear, review the changes and click
Confirm
to proceed, orCancel
to exit. - Click the
Projects
link in the sidebar or the breadcrumb, or theCancel
button at the bottom of the screen to exit the migrate sites page. This will return you to the main projects page.
