Viewing visits

Existing visits can be viewed using the Covram Field App or Covram Dashboard. We recommend the Covram Dashboard, as its larger screen makes it easier to review and analyse the data collected.

Covram Dashboard

To view an existing visit using the Covram Dashboard follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to the Covram Dashboard in your web browser and open the Projects page.
2. Click on any project with an existing site. This will open the project view page.
3. Find the marker of an existing site and click on the marker. A popup will appear with the site name and a View site button.
4. Click on the View site button to open the site view page.
5. Find the visit in the Visits table and click on the
   icon from the view column. This will load the page containing all information collected for that visit.
6. Click on the tabs to view the different types of information collected. The tabs shown depend on the activities completed during the visit.
7. To exit, click the Back button on your browser, or click on the project or site name in the breadcrumb menu.

Covram Field App

To view an existing visit using the Covram Field App follow the steps below:

1. Open the Covram Field App and enter the map view for your project.
2. Find the marker of the site containing the visit and tap on the marker. A popup will appear with the site name.

3. Tap on the popup to open the Site Details screen.
4. Tap on the visit you would like to view from the Previous Inspections list. Swipe through the pages to view the information collected.
5. To exit without making changes, return to the first page, tap the back arrow and confirm if prompted.
6. Tap the back arrow to exit the Site Details screen.
