Hiding and ordering projects

Learn how to hide projects you don't use and put the rest in the order you want

If you are on a number of projects, you can hide the ones you don't use and put the rest in the order you want. This only changes your own view. Other people on the project, and the project itself, are not affected, and nothing is deleted.

Your choices are saved to your account. They apply to the project list in the Covram Dashboard, the project list in the sidebar and the project list in the Covram Field App.

Hide or show a project

  1. Sign in to the Covram Dashboard in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer.
  2. In the sidebar, open Settings, then choose Projects.
  3. Find the project in the table. Click Hide to hide it, or Show to bring it back.

The Visibility column says whether each project is Visible or Hidden. A hidden project stays in this table, so you can always show it again.

Change the order

In the same table, drag the grip icon in the Reorder column up or down. The new order is saved straight away and is used wherever your projects are listed.

What else the table shows

For each project the table shows the number of people (Users), Sites and Photopoints, and its Id.

You can hide and reorder projects in the Covram Dashboard only. The Covram Field App uses the choices you make there, but it has no settings of its own for this.
