Migrating Photopoints

There may be instances where you wish to move existing photopoints from one project to another. We call this a photopoint migration. Photopoints can only be migrated using the Covram web app. To migrate a photopoint or photopoints follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to the Covram web app in your web browser using your laptop or desktop computer and your registered email and password.
2. Open the Projects page.
3. Locate the project containing the photopoint or photopoints you would like to migrate and click on
4. A dropdown menu will open, click on
5. This will open the migrate photopoints page. Select the photopoint or photopoints you would like to migrate from the list using the checkbox.
6. Click on the Migrate Photopoints button at the bottom of the page. A popup dialog will open. Select the new project you would like to migrate the existing photopoints into from the dropdown menu and click the Next button to proceed.
   Only projects which the Project Administrator already has access to will appear in the dropdown options.
7. A confirmation dialog will appear, review the changes and click the Confirm button to proceed, or Cancel button to exit.
8. Click the Projects link in the sidebar or the breadcrumb, or the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen to exit the migrate photopoints page. This will return you to the main projects page.
